A whole-school approach to health and wellbeing
This session will provide you with information, tools and ideas to help you, as a team and as an individual, to cope with daily work and personal stresses and demands. It will also provide you with tools to support children to deal with their emotions and wellbeing.

The session will be delivered by Kim Marshall and Tania Swift, both Authors and with years of experience providing support and training to schools, children and other adults.
Kim is Author of Kiss Goodbye to Ana and an EFT Practitioner. She has delivered many coping workshops through charities, local authorities and to professionals, and has lectured on Self Esteem, Body Image and Eating Disorders in schools. Kim specialises in Eating Disorders, however provides support and tools for any anxiety or stress that we may be faced with.
Tania is author of Learning through Movement and Active Play in the Early Years and supports teachers, children and parents with their children’s health and wellbeing, physically, emotionally, socially and cognitively. She is a consultant for Cambridge International Education and has worked in partnership with many other organisations to develop their practice.
