Mini Moves Programme

Week 9 and 10

Continue to use of skills

If an activity is planed with a specific outcome, it is potentially more successful for both the children and the practitioner.  Planning around specific skills can help:

  • children to develop more and develop a wider variety of skills.
  • you to focus on observing and assessing specific skills.
  • you to identify skills where children require additional support.
  • you to develop new activities on a regular basis.

Plan a different activity each day that incorporate these skills (other skills can be included but will not be the focus).
